Integrative Coaching and Healing

Integrative Coaching and Healing (ICH) is a holistic approach to foster your balance and wholeness and optimizes the capacity and possibility to make positive changes in your life. ICH guides you to overcome the root causes of your problems, heal you, unlock your potentials, and find a way to move forward. With using Kinesiology, IHC helps you discover who you are, your core gifts, and dreams buried under your emotional trauma and mental chatter. ICH supports your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing with multiple energetic techniques including acupressure, tapping, sound healing, aromatherapy, and coaching.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a method to identify the imbalance that affects physical, physiological, psychological, and spiritual systems and to harmonize and balance the energy flow. It accesses your conscious and subconscious levels to detect the root causes of your issues and to refocus on your own strengths.

One of the most common techniques in Kinesiology is the use of natural bio-feedback system, Muscle Test. Muscle Test enables kinesiologists to monitor the flow of energy throughout your body on a very subtle level. Muscle Test can identify the stresses that may be preventing you from maximizing your potentials. It detects the factors that may be disrupting your natural flow of energy, that is essential to optimize your productivity, creativity, possibility, and capacity.

After clarifying the root courses of imbalance, Kinesiologists use various techniques to help release the identified stresses and rebalance the energy flow throughout your body that promotes harmony of body, mind, and spirit. This harmony brings you back to a natural state of homeostasis and invigorates your ability to heal yourself. This process helps you eliminate mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks to achieve your desired outcomes.

About me

Keiko Ozeki

Dr. Kei is a life coach, healer, Core Gift facilitator, and kinesiologist. She offers individual and group sessions.

She is a Reiki master. She has been teaching and practicing Reiki for more than 15 years. She completed the DEEP Kinesiology Master course for health support Kinesiology and basic and intermediate courses of multidemeantional kinesiology. She is also an Integrated and Healing Kinesiology practitioner and access bars practitioner.

Dr. Kei has an Ed.D. in Human Development and an M.A. in Organizational Systems and Renewal from Seattle University; and a M.A. in Intercultural and Organizational Communication from San Francisco University. She has a lot of experience of guiding individual and collective for their multi demential learning and growth.

Dr. Kei’s core gift is helping people to evolve individual and collective consciousness. She gives it by helping the invisible become visible, giving gentle medicine for healing so that people can feel refreshed and rejuvenated, and helping them believe in themselves so that they can maximize their capacity and possibility.

Online Integrative Energy Healing

Energy healings can be offered in-person or distantly. Remote sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions. A remote energy healing with Dr. Kei is rooted in Reiki, however, it also includes integrated and multidimensional energy including Arcturus healing.

Online sessions are held through Zoom, Skype, or audio call. For online sessions, Dr. Kei’s current fee for established clients is $100 for an hour-long session. New client sessions are $150 per 90-minute session.

Private Session

The first session is an hour and a half in length. Follow-up sessions are typically an hour in length; however, an additional half hour can be requested. Please let her office know of any serious health issues you might have. Keiko does prioritize her waiting list based on people’s health concerns.

Keiko’s current fee for established clients is $125 for an hour-long session. New client sessions are $150 per 90-minute session.

Keiko sees clients in a tranquil setting and conducts her sessions while clients relax on a massage table. Please dress comfortably with your socks on. Please do not wear skirts.

Kinesiology Basic Seminar

6 hours (minimum 2 people) Participation Fee: $250/person

This seminar is for a person who is interested in:

  • learning how to improve your holistic health with kinesiology

2.5 hours (minimum 1 person) Participation Fee: $250/person including 6 Meridian aromas

This seminar is for a person who is interested in:

  • healing yourself at home
  • manage your mental and emotional stress with kinesiology and aroma oils
  • improving your physical sensory to connect your subconsciousness

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants (flowers, herbs or trees) as therapy to improve physical, and emotional well-being by sending chemical message to the part of the brain that affect moods and emotions.

In addition to aromas, method of kinesiology (muscle testing) will test physiological and electromagnetic reaction of the body to select aromas that you need the most in order to achieve your goals or to ameliorate your stress.

Aroma will help you to understand underlying emotion and leads you to expand your perspective to see the potential within yourself.

Aroma Kinesiology and Self Healing

2.5 hours (minimum 1 person) Participation Fee: $250/person including 6 Meridian aromas. Online or in person.

Reiki Class

Reiki is one of the most basic energy healing methods in the world. If you are interested in energy healing, it is great to learn reiki. Dr. Kei teaches the traditional Usui Reiki healing method. Once attuned to Reiki, you’ll be able to use Reiki to balance and heal yourself, others,　animals, and spaces.

What you will learn are:

  • Learn how to use traditional Usui Reiki as a healing and personal growth system
  • Understand the history of Reiki
  • Perform Reiki sessions with the intention of addressing all areas of life
  • Understand the locations of the meridian and chakra energy systems in the body
  • Guided through techniques to help you access your intuition
  • Learn how to perform complete Reiki sessions on yourself and others
  • Heal unnecessary physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual patterns and learn how to manifest your goals
  • Explore multiple methods for performing Reiki from a distance
  • Practice using the Reiki symbols for power, release, transcending time/space and to connect with your insightful self
  • Receive advanced techniques such as accessing your multidimensional being.
  • You will learn and experience the benefits of regular meditation
  • Receive Level I, II and Master distance attunements from your Reiki Master
  • Learn how to administer all attunements to students.
